Runyenjes MP Eric Muchangi marked his 40th birthday by spending time with orphans and children from various children’s homes within the constituency.
The celebration brought together children from Kiaragana, Mufu, Theosophists-Mukuria, Kevote, and Kivuria children’s homes.
Speaking during the event, Muchangi reflected on his life journey and expressed gratitude for the support he has received over the years.
“Forty years ago, my late mother named me Eric Muchangi, and she put her best efforts into raising me. I am proud to celebrate this milestone as a husband, father, leader, and friend to many,” the MP said.
The MP encouraged the children to remain hopeful and committed to their dreams, promising to organize more events to inspire and support them.
“We shared great moments and agreed to meet many more times,” he added in a Facebook post.
The gathering underscored the MP’s continued commitment to community engagement, particularly supporting vulnerable groups in Runyenjes, Embu County.
