Focus Realtors Housing has successfully taken 62 members to view their allocated plots at Embu’s Airstrip site in Mbeere South Constituency.
The development marks a pivotal moment for the real estate group, known for its ambitious housing projects in the Country.
The event saw eager members who have invested in the housing cooperative guided personally to their plots by the representatives of Focus Realtors Cooperative Society.
The cooperative’s Chairman, Paul Ngano, expressed enthusiasm about the progress, highlighting the company’s commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.
“We are thrilled to see our members visiting their future homesites. This is a testament to our promise of delivering quality and trust in our projects,” Ngano said.
He added, “We believe in maintaining open communication and ensuring that our investors are well-informed and satisfied.”
Ngano urged prospective buyers to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before investing in lands and other properties.
He observed a disturbing trend where some real estate companies sell plots without ensuring the legality and safety of the land, including selling lands in riparian areas.
“One day, the water will get back to its place. We have seen it with the ongoing rains. Therefore, it is good to understand where you are buying land before purchasing it,” he said.
Members who received their plots expressed their satisfaction and excitement.
“This is a dream come true for me and my family. We have been waiting for this day, and we are grateful to Focus Realtors for making it happen,” said Jamlick Muturi, a plot owner.
Catherine Ngari, another plot owner, said the process was incredibly smooth and transparent.
“Seeing my plot today, I felt a sense of accomplishment and excitement for the future. Focus Realtors has exceeded my expectations,” she said.
