Madison Group has launched its 25th branch in Embu County, a move expected to boost access to insurance services while creating new job opportunities for locals.
The new office, located at Embu Motors Building along Kenyatta Avenue, will offer various services, including life, health, general insurance, and investment products.
Speaking during the launch, Madison Group Chairman and Managing Director Samuel G. Ngaruiya said the expansion is part of the company’s broader goal to grow its presence nationwide.
“This is not just a business move; it’s a way to give back to the community and create meaningful jobs,” he said.
Head of Ordinary Life Business Joseph Gathogo called the opening a significant milestone, saying it brings services closer to the people and demonstrates Madison’s commitment to reach more Kenyans.
Founded in 1988, Madison Group restructured in 2018 into two entities—Madison Life Assurance Kenya Limited and Madison General Insurance Kenya Limited—allowing it to better focus on specific client needs.
The company has been recognized for excellence, with 65 agents receiving honors at the 2024 Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI) awards.
With the new branch, Madison targets Embu’s vibrant business and agricultural sectors, aiming to serve small enterprises, farmers, and professionals with tailored, affordable insurance solutions.
Officials said the company will continue expanding to ensure more Kenyans access reliable financial protection.
