2) SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS.

3)HOTEL CHEF

QUALIFICATIONS

πŸ“Œ Minimum 5 years experience as an executive chef in a 5-star hotel.

πŸ“Œ A diploma or degree in culinary arts, hotel and Restaurant Management from an accredited educational institution.

πŸ“Œ Experience in different cuisines is a must.

4)SECURITY GUARDS

QUALIFICATIONS

πŸ“Œ5 years’ security-related work experience.

πŸ“Œ Experienced and knowledgeable in security/safety-related subjects, threat/risk assessment, security management, and personal and organizational security awareness.

πŸ“Œ Technical proficiency and training experience I.e., EX soldiers and AP police will be highly considered.

πŸ“Œ Age below 45 years.

5)STOREKEEPER

QUALIFICATIONS

πŸ“Œ Diploma or degree in storekeeping or related fields.

πŸ“Œ Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record keeping.

πŸ“Œ Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management in the hospitality industry.

πŸ“Œ Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations.

πŸ“Œ Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.

πŸ“Œ Skills to operate common office equipment, including automated stock management systems.

6) F & B CONTROLLER

QUALIFICATIONS

πŸ“Œ Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an F&B controller.

πŸ“Œ Relevant skills in food production and stock management.

πŸ“Œ CPA 2 will be an added advantage.

πŸ“Œ Must be compliant and conversant with Food Hygiene and sanitation.

πŸ“Œ Ability to manipulate large volumes of data to generate desired results.

πŸ“Œ Conversant with F&B Controls in a hotel environment.

πŸ“Œ Good understanding of hotel operations especially stores & receiving procedures.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS

πŸ“Œ CPA graduate or bachelor of commerce.

πŸ“Œ 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.

πŸ“Œ Familiar with the KRA iTax portal and all tax-related reconciliations.

πŸ“Œ Accounts payable experience is essential.

πŸ“Œ Experience in data processing with knowledge of Microsoft spreadsheets.
